Limited Refund Policy for MeasureU Products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your MeasureU purchase. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for our various products and services.
MeasureU Pro Membership
MeasureU Pro is a subscription-based membership. You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the membership for the remainder of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
If you are a new member and are not satisfied with MeasureU Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This 14-day guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers.
Courses and Workshops
For individual course and workshop purchases, we offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content.
Workshop recordings and materials that have been downloaded are not eligible for refunds.
Coaching and Consulting
Coaching sessions that have been scheduled may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
Unused coaching packages may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for remaining unused sessions.
Services (Tracking Makeover, etc.)
For done-for-you services, refunds may be requested before work has commenced. Once the MeasureU team has begun working on your project, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
